Embodied Mindfulness

Mindfulness Training is at the core of embodiment. Embodied Mindfulness includes physical sensations in the entire body, including the pelvic floor. This can provide deep relaxation as a prerequisite for feeling centered and well.

Body Anchor Meditation is easy to learn and perfect for busy minds, because it puts the body first.
